JQuery UI CSS file not loading in CP

Datepicker fields in the CP show a calendar - and it works - but there is no styling. I checked the HTML and noticed that JQuery UI CSS file is not linked to in the header. The files are there in the Themes/CP folder, but are not being loaded.

Can anyone help me figure out where to start looking?
