A or B?

I am wondering what is the better way for both, for me, as an editor/webmaster, and for Customer to whom I will give a space for an “yellow page” ad with text.

A) Client can edit their data via channel:form when ever their info might change. - might not know what they are doing and mess up the entry. + saves my time

B) Client can send data via Freeform and editor updates. + saves Client from messing up their info by accident - not updated asap - takes more of my time - client still has to fill a form anyway, even this time its just a regular form.

So, if you were this client, which one would be better for you, A or B?
