Get content only from live to local server

Hi,

A site we developed has been live for a few months now and the client would like some updates doing. I have a copy of the site as it was lunched on my local MAMP server. What I would like to get the content from the live site onto my local dev site.

I understand I can take a backup of the live database and import it to the local database, but this will bring all the site settings across, I would just like to get the content.

Is there a list of tables that hold the content that I can import?
