Events with RSVP + instant payment?

Is there any add-on that could handle: - simple way to create events with custom fields - “buy me in” with instant payment (option, not a must) - “reservation without payment with pre-set max )

Im trying to figure out how to make this happen, so that if I create an event, it could handle reservations, and or with instant payment. (for european, not in U.S)
