Error 1062 on File uploads

I just updated my site to v.2.9.2 (from 2.7.1 I believe) and now I can’t upload files to the File Manager. I also (of course) can’t upload using the File fieldtype, either in the control panel publish form or using Channel Forms on the front end. I’m getting this error:
Error Number: 1062
Duplicate entry '1' for key 'site_id'

This issue seems to have been resolved after I ran a repair command on the SQL database, so disregard.
