Simple Search Pagination Woes

My issue is with any paginated results page. Not the first page of results.
What happens is the second/third/etc page of results displays all of the first page results titles. The excerpt and URL are correct just not the titles.
I have tried clearing All caches to no luck. Any suggestions?
