Extended rights within Wygwam

Hello,
i’m using the Wygwam Editor. HTML and links are disabled. I would like to enable them for admin users. IS there a way to do that? If not - is there any other editor allowing to set different rights for different roles?

You can customize an editor configuration in Wygwam on a per field basis, but I think only Wyvern allows you to specify based on member group.
