Pagination - dying a death, can you spot my error?

Here’s my exp loop for the pagination
{exp:channel:entries limit="15" channel="video" disable="comments|trackbacks|member_data" dynamic="no" show_future_entries="no"}Page one works fine, pagination etc… I click page two and the exact same videos are displaying and the total pages still say I’m on page one.
I’ve read that “dynamic=’no’” should be taken off, however whenever I take that out the page errors and nothing displays at all (besides the browser error)
What am I doing wrong?

Sorry, no idea how it double posted my question, however… I found out why everything was breaking.
We created a custom plugin that queries an external site to return stats about the particular video (duration etc) for some reason or another this was breaking it when trying to use pagination. I’ve removed it for the time being and will come back to it a little later on.
