Installation Issue Latest Build (preview 8)

I get a white screen in all browsers after “confirmation to install a brand new copy” screen in all browsers in preview 8.

For what its worth the previous previews have installed fine.

I had that issue once with the last version because I thought the /system/expressionengine/EllisLab/ file probably wasn’t needed.
When I uploaded it, then it worked.
Any chance?

I turned on debugging in the system/index.php file and am getting the following error:
A PHP Error was encountered
Severity: Notice
Message: Undefined property: Wizard::$db
