Offline Template Stripping HTML Tags

Hi There,

I have recently upgraded to ExpressionEngine 2.8.1 and found that if I try to update the offline template from within ExpressionEngine it replaces all < and > tags with their entity names either < or > respectively.

The only way I have been able to update the offline template is to edit it from within the database which is not ideal.

I have not had this problem in any previous version of ExpressionEngine.
