"Not Authorized" error after edit because member group not authorized to see modules included in redirect url parameters

I’ve got a member group which is able to access the CP, but restricted to only be able to edit certain channel entries and everything but one part is working fine. Every time they save, the CP redirects them back to admin.php with the session ID, but tacks on URL parameters specifying modules which they don’t have access to and therefore get the “You are not authorized to access this page” error.
The additional URL parameters that cause the problem are as follows:
&C=addons_modules &module=structure
&M=show_module_cp is also present, but this is allowed by this member group so isn’t a problem. I’ve checked the Structure settings & redirect to structure isn’t set, so does anyone know how to get this no not add modules after editing and simply return to the admin.php
The issue has been resolved - was to do with the way listings were setup specific to our install & structure was the cause of the redirect.
