Pre-append words such as 'sticky' to sticky thread titles?

Not sure if this exists by default with the EE forum add-on as it does with other forum systems… I’d like to append (in some instances) a word or words before the title of a thread.

So for example:

‘This is a stuck thread title’

becomes…

‘Sticky: This is a stuck thread title’

Is this possible in the config or something that must be developed? If it must be developed, is anyone aware of an add-on or smart approach to achieve this?
