What HTML/CSS framework to use best in combination with EECMS?

Maybe this question has been asked before, but not sure.

What’s the best HTML/CSS framework to use in combination with EECMS? I’m talking about frameworks like Bootstrap etc.

Which one do you prefer, do you prefer frameworks like this?

I have done some test project with Bootstrap last week, and I was pretty amazed by the work that has already been done. For me you can focus on the important tasks, making the right design for the customer.
