Safecracker File's still using jQuery's .live()

I have a registration form which unknown to me stopped working when we upgraded to jQuery v1.9.1 because jQuery no longer supports .live(). We’ve been told for a while to stop using .live() but it’s nonetheless still in there, ft.safecracker_file.php, at lines 363, 364, 393.

It would be a trivial thing I think to change this to jQuery’s .on().
