EE and Membrr not playing exceptionally well together

I’ve posted on Electric Function’s forums at a different level of depth into this issue, but don’t typically see anything posted sooner than a day. My hope in this post is that one or two of you have had experience with Membrr in the past and may know what we’re going through.

We’re building a directory website (paid listings).

Currently, we have a channel setup where listings will live, and users will create/preview their listing and then pay for said listing. From within the “My Account” area while logged into a user’s account, we are able to list out the channel entries for the user, but haven’t been able to find a way to tie an EE “entry_id” to a Membrr “subscription id”.

According to the documentation, we’re supposed to be able to call {entry_id} within the following loop, but that seems hit or miss. {entry_id} isn’t available 100% of the time for some reason.

We’re totally lost on this. The system is built…we’re just hung up on this one piece, and it’s driving us nuts! Maybe there’s some method of using a hook to do what we want, but my expertise with EE is still a shade of green, so I’m not sure if I’m overlooking something.

Any help is appreciated! 😊

[update] To my knowledge, this functionality exists between the two systems already (somehow). Otherwise an expiring subscription wouldn’t be able to “de-list” a listing. If I’m saying that correctly…
