coding for banner image to appear only on Discussion Forum Home

Hi

I just set up my first discussion forum using scaffold: www.medicare-cms.com/forums.

I’d like to have the flag image [banner.png] show up only on the Forum Home page and not any other forum modules pages. Is this possible? Is there a php code to do this?

i’ve just started college php. Thank you in advance. Happy 2013.
