Good Afternoon,
I currently have a website that I’m leveraging the segment URIs to tie submissions entries to another channel.
Entrance to the page is pretty cut and dry:
/registration/create_registration/6939
I’m leveraging {segment_3} to pull identify the race being tied to. I’m then using the entries loop passing in {segment_3} as the id:
{exp:channel:entries channel="race" entry_id="{segment_3}" }This works fine on initial load of the page. I have a Safecracker form that submits to itself (numerous sign ups can be linked with this).
{exp:safecracker channel="registration" return="registration/create_registration/{segment_3}/ENTRY_ID"}When the page returns, I can see that {segment_3} is understood as it can be assigned to a PHP variable. But the initial channel entries call is now not working and the page displays as blank once it gets to that point.
I’d assumed that {segment_3} could always be accessed by this, is there something I’m missing?
Thanks, Matt
