Hello All,

When I go to Publish content, EE just spits out a white blank page.

When I go to Edit content it works fine.

I am on EE 2.5.3

Any ideas? Tried googling it before i posted here but couldnt find anything helpful.

Hi Tetragram,

It may be due to third party add-on (either extension or field type). You need to check it.

Are you using Super Admin account to publish channel entry? If not, use the Super Admin account so that you can get the error message.

Best Regards,

Just logout of the site and close the browser then open the browser freshly and try it.

this may be way off, but I had a similar experience and figured out the problem. I had been working on the site before loading it into EE, and had been viewing the “index.html” page in my browser. When I moved into EE I found the blank page problem, but only my navigation menu showed up. The rest was blank white. The reason was because I still had the index.html file stored in my browser and was trying to navigate to that without realizing it. changed it to index.php and all was fine. That was my idiot mistake, and may have nothing to do with your problem, but I figured I’d toss it out there..
