2.5.0 Textarea Rows being ignored by RTE.

We set our main content windows to have a testarea row height of 20. The new RTE is shrinking us back down to what appears to be the default height of 6 rows.

Thanks, Kurt. You’re right, it should respect the textareas row count settings, so we’ve got that all fixed up.
