Errors in view files if short tags are off

LOL- yep, it was in my head that we use full opening tags. But I’ll admit, knowing whether it was required took some poking!
Glad it worked and we’re consistent if not as clear as we could have been.

I can confirm that the error goes away with this single line code change:I verified this with<?php if($permissions['reorder'] === FALSE) echo " page-handle-disabled"; ?>short_open_tag = onandshort_open_tag = off.
