nocase with Pages module URLs?

Allowing a client to use Pages module to create vanity URL landing pages for advertising campaigns.

Can’t guarantee that users won’t camelCase or Titlecase the URL (which will 404 on my server).

Is there any non-.htaccess way to solve for this (convert a given segment to lowercase)?
