'user profile_site' templates already made?

Is there any user profile site templates already made out there? I’m not that fond of how ExpressionEngine works. But I feel as if I could see how something already made would look, I would understand it more.

Also, the site I’m trying to make is just a user profile site. As in (with the least amount of detail) you register you get a profile you can see other peoples profiles by id links.
