I’m having trouble finding out how to redirect pages that are already indexed on google where the pages always result in an ‘Invalid URI’. I know that the { } are causing the error, but where can I add something that says, anytime you find a { } in the url, convert it? They do not land on a 404 page, just give me a blank page with the error.

Example: Highlight,Copy and paste, do not just click, it fixes itself here http://www.reedconstructiondata.com/construction-forecast/news/2009/04/contractors-and-builders-recession-survival-strategies/{path=communities/register}

Hi Rebecca

Would you mind sharing the code which generates that link?

That’s the problem, the code has been fixed already, but the url is still indexed somewhere. We’ve fixed our pages that had the urls on them, but they are still cached through Google.

Are you aware of Detour: http://devot-ee.com/add-ons/detour ?

I’m not sure if it will accept the {}’s but worth a shot.
