NSM_Tinymce and IE9 Issues

I was wondering if anyone has any encountered any IE9 issues with the editor, where if you try to click in to nothing happens or if you are successful in clicking into it, and make a change, and hit save and the change doesn’t stick.

The only way I have gotten this to work, is to change the compatible settings within IE to IE8 or lower and that is not a long term solution for a client of ours.

So was hoping someone has encountered this and found a work around for it.
