Differentiate between entry_submission_end for new entries and Updated Entries

I have a plugin that I want to be called on entry submission of New Entries but not Edit Entries. I have been using the entry_submission_end hook, but I’m not sure if there is anyway to know if its an update or a new entry. [This is on EE 2]

Figured it out. The Entry ID is not set in the DATA array that is passed to the hook. Just check to see if that is 0 and its a new entry.
