EE web server tuning

try to install eaccelerator and nginx as frontend

I nominate your response for answer of the year - seriously.

I’ve just installed and enabled eAccelerator and the memory usage has dropped from 18MB to 5MB on the site homepage. On the control panel home page the memory usage has dropped from 10MB to 2MB.

I’m utterly floored by those changes.
