I’m not sure if this is possible or not. Our DBA would like to restrict the DB access that our end users have. Our editors, once logged in need to have select, update, delete, as well as being able to alter tables. We would rather our end users only have read access to the content DB.

However, inside of the database.php file in the config directory we don’t have access to our session data yet. So I would need a way of knowing if a member is logged in as an admin prior to them hitting the db file.

Any thought are appreciated.
