Javascript Hell

Everything works as expected. 1)Megadrop down menu 2)Banner slide show 3)Jquery sliding tabs (Option 1, 2, 3, and 4) 4)Marquee slide

Now when I tried to bring the code over into ExpressionEngine: https://www.moseley.org/index.php/Virginia/freelancer/#

Most of the code does not work. 1)Megadrop menu does not work 2)Banner slideshow does not appear 3)Jquery Sliding tabs do not work 3)Marquee works

I don’t understand why. The source code is completely valid, and the CSS and Javascript files work?

Please help if you can, I’ve been messing with this since Thursday and I cannot find any reason why this wouldn’t work.
