Multisite manager database problem

Hey I got a problem with the database, basically for each site I added in, there will be 600+ columns to be added into the table “exp_channel_data”, and my site is running on 10+ sub-sites, which makes it very inefficient and even impossible for me to add more sites, as mysql only support up to around 2k columns per single table. is there any way of configuring the MSM extension such that, for each new site I created, it will also create a new table rather than create 600+ new columns in the existing table.
