Is it possible to play flash without flash-player installed? I heard that SWF file and flash player itself may be included into one EXE file.

You can indeed create a player to do what you’re asking. This won’t work on the web but is for desktop usage.
You will need to own a copy of the Flash programme in order to be able to create this sort of file / app though.

You can create an executable flash movie but it won’t play IN a browser.
