Checkbox field that when checked show a WYSWYG

We are wanting to create a channel that has a number of options for a page. Once the options is selected we want to present a WYSWYG editor to edit data for that option. For example -

We would present four check boxes for options (Which Microsxxxx Programs are you experienced in? Please detail use of that experience.) Once the admin checks one of the check boxes next to a program they would be presented a WYSWYG editor to add more details about their experience.

In the end the admin may select 1 checkbox and enter data for that 1 selection or they may check all four boxes and would then enter data in four seperate checkboxes (1 for each selection).
