Plugin is running even if conditionals are false

Hi!

My plugin is running some database queries. I have now discovered that even if below

{if false}

{exp:plugin}

{info}

{/exp:plugin}

{/if}

db query is executed but off course nothing is shown (if I print anything in my plugin it prints out).

Is there a way to configure the parse order or can I do anything to make work as I want it to be.
