Importing old 1.6.x site into new 2.1.3 site

Not sure if this is the right place to post this, but General Discussion seemed wrong because of it’s “No tech support” rule.
I have an old site archived on my local machine that I’m considering re-launching. When I archived the SQL back in 2008, I was still running 1.6.x, I believe (or maybe even something earlier).
Is there any way to import that old site into my new 2.1.3 site? I have a Multi-Site Manager license and one site left on it (I currently run 2). If there is a way, can you point me in the right direction?
Why not just upgrade it to an EE 2 site, rather than import?
NVM…because of the MSM I see.
No help there…I don’t think there’s an easy way to do that.
Hi, Chris. One way you can get entries across is to use the DataGrab module, which will import an RSS feed. That won’t help with the design elements, but at least you can grab some of the content.

That is some help. I had hoped to be able to bring over comments, too. I’m guessing that’ll be the real problem.
P.S. Thanks, Boyink!, for giving it a thought. I figured it was a hard (and possibly impossible) problem to solve.
