Frontend comment moderation?

Has anyone found a way to enable user comment moderation via the frontend?

I see there was some effort for EE1: http://ellislab.com/forums/viewthread/86243/

Anything for EE2?

I’m guessing something could be put together with http://devot-ee.com/add-ons/external-entries – Would be nice to see something like Admin Comments for EE2 as an add-on.
