Troubles with Categories Not Sorting with EE v. 2.1.3.. Anyone else?

I recently upgraded my install to 2.1.3 and I can’t seem to get my categories to sort any other way besides alphabetically. Any ideas on what I could do? Is anyone out there experiencing the same issue?
