Plugin & multiple languages

Plugin I’m working on needs to be able to load different language depending on parameter settings.

ie

{exp:plugin language="chinese"} would produce result from own Chinese language file even though the website language is set to English.

Can this be done with EE language class or do I have to resort to custom code?
