Extension hook for CP-side user profile editing?

I can’t find any extension that’ll let me tag on a function after a user’s profile has been edited via the CP. I’m using Solspace’s User module, so I don’t need a hook for the user side, but if I make a change to the user’s profile in the CP, I need to be able to send that updated info to a method in my extension. If there’s not an extension hook for it, how would I accomplish this?
