Creating Themes

Alrighty. I have searched and searched and it appears that the capabilities that EE2 have for creating installable themes has not been documented. I have (with the help of another EE Dev) been able to create 2 themes that are installable. But on one of them (my Tudobem template) the blog template group is created along with all of the templates but the code is not imported even though the files are there and contain the code. This seems weird.

Any ideas on what could be causing this?

And any idea on when you might be documenting this functionality? It would be nice to know we are going about it the right way…
