Question about Tab Manager

Don’t shoot me, I think I already read the answer but I just want to make sure…

Is there a way for us to add a Top Level nav tab? I’d like to be able to have my own list of “most popular”. That is, the pages I use the most often while I’m EE’ing.

If not, then I’ll add it to the Suggested Feature forum. If so, how?
