I have already posted this question to the Freeform Forums, but thought I’d post it here as well, just in case anyone knows the answer.

I created a form and a template for that form in Freeform. In the template’s preferences, I checked the radio button for HTML format. Unfortunately, forms I submit do not get sent to my email address. Though, the submitted form is stored in Freeform under “Entries”.

I cleared the form template to just some very basic code, “{all_custom_fields}”, and this doesn’t help either.

I know the issue is with the HTML option, because when I UN-check the HTML radio button, I receive the form just fine.

Any ideas?

Thank you!

What version of Freeform are you using?

I was using version 3.0.0 when the issue occurred, but upgraded to 3.0.1 and the issue still persists. Thanks!
