Structure not taking updates or changes

I have Structure v.1.3.1 on EE 1.6.9 running fairly well. The only thing is that when I update a template, it doesn’t take. I have debugging on and it is showing me that it is loading the old template.

For example, I set the template to community/request, but when I browse to the page in question, debugging is showing me it is loading the community/index template.

Ideas? I’d hate to reinstall Structure and lose all my work…
