Update Facebook when publishing new entries

I see there’s a few Twitter extensions out there for updating twitter when a new entry gets published from the CP by an admin. For Facebook though, I cannot seem to find anything that does this…Anyone know of an extension or module that will allow me to update a Facebook account when publishing a new entry?

You could try Twitter Feed.
It’s not an extension, but could help you solve the problem.
1) Publish a RSS feed from the weblog. 2) In your Facebook account, edit the “Notes” tab to automatically import the RSS from your weblog.

That’s what I’ve been doing for almost a year. Downside to this is that facebook is a little inconsistent on checking the feed. I’ve had new posts show up in less than an hour and others take up to 2 weeks to show up.
