SAEF issues with FF Matrix and WYGWAM

I can get the SAEF to work in the most basic manner. However using WYGWAM as the field type, and a couple FF Matrix fields (file upload and video embed) I have all kinds of issues.

Using WYGWAM makes the entries content appear inside a text area box, it add some extra HTML markup. If I remove the SAEF code from the template or remove the weblog from Structure it works fine.

Similarly, when I have the FF Matrix fields they show up oddly. I will get 5 or 6 of the same (just two fields in the matrix, name and embed code). This is likely because it needs some additional code on the page to get the ajax to function.

I’ll also look around the P&T forums for some answers, but any tips welcome.
