DEV: module install function only creates 1 of 5 tables

Working on a module. Have built the upd.modulename.php file. When I ‘install’ it from the Control Panel, the module record is added to the ‘exp_module’ table, actions added to the ‘exp_actions’ table. Works fine.

I have 5 tables I need to install. All are built out. But only the first table is created. No errors are generated. I’ve triple-checked the code, vars, etc. All look fine.

Has anyone run into this before? Anything else I should be looking at?

(Tried adding install function here, but exceeded the 6000 character limit.)
