LG Better Meta is not working properly

I am using LG Better Meta but its not working properly. It only display default description, keywords etc. If we set meta tags individually on the weblogs it display default settings only not the meta tags which are set individually on the weblogs.

1. I install well Lg better meta.
2. the tab of meta appear of publish
3. I add this code {exp:lg_better_meta_pl:template url_title="{segment_1}”} in my header file

ok I go to meta tab and insert keywords and description for the post:

Render Results: <title></title>

<meta name=‘description’ content=’’ /> <meta name=‘keywords’ content=‘eparty, arquitectura, diseño, arte, música, cine’ />

the main important things on meta tab that I insert like description and keywords and title Dont! appear. The keywords that appear and are the default keywords.Please help me out this problLooking forward to your respone!!!
