Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 3 seconds exceeded

Hi all,
Would really need some help on this since it just happened on a clients website which is live and in need of editing… When trying to edit any post this fatal error comes up:
Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 3 seconds exceeded in /usr/home/loop-barcelona.com/web/loopcms/extensions/fieldtypes/ngen_file_field/ft.ngen_file_field.php on line 797
I don’t know if that’s got something to do with the ngen file field or if it’s some kind of php-timeout, but 3 seconds sound like a really short time.
Does anybody know what’s happening here?

If you notice the error, it’s pointing to ngen_file_field.php.
As such you’ll need to contact the author of the add-on for support. Moving to the Extensions forum for additional community support.
