NextGen Field Error on Publish

Hi I am working on a site which a developer was also working on..He installed the NextGen plgin to handle the image uplaod..I am publishing my page and am getting the following error..
Am a newbie to PHP but i gather there are some issues with the files I have judging by the error? Any help much appreciated.
