I’m sorry if I’ve somehow missed this, having already searched the forums and devotEE for a solution, but I’m wondering: is there a plugin available for EE 2.0 that accomplished what the feed enclosure plugin for 1.6 does?

I’m working on a podcast site for a client, and it just occurred to me: doh! I need the enclosure info for the media files.

Thanks ahead of time for any help!

Hi Jeremy,

Have not seen one yet, but definitely contact the author about it. I’ll go ahead and move this to the Plugins forum and perhaps you’ll get some more input.

Thanks, Brandon.

Man…this is NOT good news. I gots me a looming deadline. Suppose I could implement the site in EE 1.6, but that seems extreme just because of an essential plugin.

I kind of wonder why Ellis Lab doesn’t include the enclosure plugin (or equivalent functionality) BY DEFAULT in the stock install of both versions of EE. Seems just about essential to anyone who wants to include rich media in their feeds (=’s lots of folks).

I second this request.
