Extension hook for editing

I’m trying to determine which extension hook(s) I can use to catch inserts/updates/deletes of weblog entries.

For the insert I’m guessing submit_new_entry_end.

What can I use to catch an update??

Delete??? possible delete_entries_loop? or delete_entries_end?? What’s the difference between these two…???
