Does anyone have a EE 2.0 blank test development module I could try?

I’m trying to get started with module development, but so far I’m unable to get my very basic module (basically cut-n-pasted from the docs) to install.
Does anyone have a ‘blank’ module I could use to get started? All it needs to do is install, and maybe have an example output.
This is for EE 2.

I’m preparing for a blog post about unit testing on EE 2.0 and have created a quick module .. it doesn’t contain much more than what is needed.
